This entire home fitout, designed by Form Design in collaboration with the client, encompasses the kitchen, multiple bathrooms, wardrobes, bed headboard and bedside units, laundry, garage storage, and a bespoke under-stairs wine cabinet.
The colour palette throughout the home embraces soft, muted tones that enhance the natural warmth of the space. Perched on a clifftop overlooking Hobson Bay, the client’s keen eye for detail and collaboration with Form Design resulted in a seamless and thoughtful design.
The kitchen stands out with a custom recessed handle design by Form Design and a striking natural stone island top in Honed Tundra Grey, a limestone from Italy, complete with waterfall ends. A matching splashback behind the cooktop transitions smoothly into a stainless steel work surface, featuring a flush-mounted induction cooktop for a sleek, uninterrupted aesthetic.
In the bathrooms, the same stone is used across all vanities, complemented by cabinetry in oak veneer with gently curved ends and a soft grey-brown wash that adds a sense of warmth and tranquillity.
The under-stairs space is transformed with a custom wine cabinet featuring 5mm mild steel floating curved shelves, powder-coated in a soft matte black. A continuous LED ribbon, controlled by an integrated touch sensor, highlights the wine collection, adding an elegant and functional focal point to the space.
